Two Great New Acquisitions for Coteau Grove Farms.

We are very excited to report that we purchased two excellent prospects for our racing and breeding program at the recent Keeneland Sale in Kentucky.

Our first acquisition is Demi's Kitten, a 2011 bay filly by Kitten's Joy out of Dixie Bridge. Her sire was a champion grass horse and black-type winner of over $2 million. He has sired three crops of foals of racing age including 16 black-type winners and 134 winners of 272 races earning $9.9 million.

Our second horse, Highest Class, will be a part of our broodmare program. She is by Mineshaft, a Horse of The Year, black-type winner of $2.283 million that has sired five crops of foals. 21 are black-type winners, 157 are winners of 416 races earning over $20 million. She is bred and in foal to Candy Ride (Ride the Rails - Candy Girl).
